the package comes with wool, metal things to make it a keychain plus with a block of styrofoam so you can felt the wool better. there's no needle in the package but you can use any kind of needle. the instructions are on chinese. there's a link (qr code which you scan) on the instruction paper that shows you a video of 40minutes how to do the felting and figurine. all in all, the package provided everything that I needed as first time feltter
